Wildride offers free shipping in The Netherlands. We offer quick and easy global shipping on all orders.

Will Corona-Covid19 impact the delivery of my order?

We continue to ship globally, it is possible that our delivery partners experience some additional transit time. We assure that our parcels leave our headquarters in a safe state and our delivery partners take all necessary precautions to deliver them in a safe manner without any contact at your home.

From which age can I use the Wildride Toddler Swing Carrier?

The Wildride Swing Carrier is suitable from approximately 9 months up to 4 years. Or 8 kilograms (17.6 lb) – 20 kilograms (44 lb).
For low birthweight babies and children with medical conditions, seek advice from a health professional before using the product.

Where are Wildride products made?

We are committed to running a modern and responsible transparent business with good care for nature, people and animals. Our fabrics have their origins in different countries. All our workers earn fair wages and are being treated with respect and dignity. We source our raw materials solely from ethical producers that respect the environment and are working with nature instead of against it.
All our products are produced and finished in the Netherlands. Under our own roof they are being carefully packaged and handed over to our couriers to be shipped to all corners of the world.

How do I care for my Wildride swing carrier?

Always follow instructions on the care-label. We recommend spot cleaning your carrier as needed with a soft cloth, ox gall and lukewarm water.

Hand wash: 

Swirl in lukewarm water with a gentle liquid detergent (“no-rinse” detergents are not advised, and do not use detergents that hold lanolin or olive oil, both can cause colors to bleed). Rinse gently in clean water, same temperature as the previous bath, and do not use running water. Squeeze and press water out without wringing. Fold your carrier between towels and roll up. Press the roll to remove excess water. Dry flat in the shade. Iron on wool or silk setting.

What is ergonomic Toddler carrying?

All Wildride Swing carriers are designed for ergonomic Toddler wearing only, meaning:

  • Our products are totally adjustable in order to accommodate different built children and Toddler wearers.
  • When used properly, carriers provide a center of gravity close to the Toddler wearer’s body to avoid backaches. The child should never be dangling.
  • The materials are breathable and natural.

How to use? 

Fully unstrap the Wildride, and sit your little one leg in front and another leg around your back.

Tightly strap the Wildride close to your body, ensuring the your little one is seated tightly to your body.

Always hold an arm around your little one, to be sure he or she can't fall over. Your arm wel be there automatically.

What do the prices shown represent?

As Wildride is based in the Netherlands, all customers within the EU are shown prices with VAT included. As a non-EU recipient, you are liable for all import duties and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Which means of payment are accepted by Wildride?

Wildride allows you to pay online by PayPal, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, iDEAL and online bank transfer.

Return policy;

Shipping

Register returns within 14 days, we must receive your return within 21 days. You will receive your money back via Multisafepay within 10 days after we receive your returned parcel.

Free shipping within the Netherlands within 3 working days.
Pre-ordered items are subject to production, this usually takes 3-4 weeks.
Currently Wildride ships every order within the Netherlands free of charge. Within the Netherlands your order will be shipped with the standard service of PostNL.
Outside the Netherlands, the order will be shipped with the standard service of UPS, DHL, PostNL, DPD or local shipping company.

Returns 

When a product is bought within The Netherlands, delivery costs are free. Any costs for returning the items is worn by the customer.
